Federal Court Order: E...

  Thanks to the tenacity of a few national groups and local communities bringing suit…EPA may need to rule on coal ash earlier than anyone thought possible. Well could not be a better week for coal ash issues. Federal courts push EPA to rule on coal ash and Region 7 announced that they will take a closer look at the Rotary Drilling site for risk to human health before announcing the finalized settlement no the damage case. LEO, in a Documentary?

You bet! Film maker Rhiannon Fionn visited Labadie for several days to collect stories and film for her documentary on coal ash. We visited other metro-St. Louis communities also impacted by coal ash…including a young gentleman and his family in St. Genevieve where underground dumping of toxic waste could be impacting his well.
