Tomorrow, Weds 10-2-13, LEO attorneys will make oral arguments in front of 3 appellate court judges in the 3rd District that Franklin Counties regulations that allow Utility Waste Landfills in the riskiest locations possible…are not in the interest of citizens. Join others working on coal related issues at the annual Midwest retreat of the Heartland Coalfield Alliance May 17 – May 19th in Ozark IL at Camp Ondessonk. Details of the schedule online. Weds, April 17th is LEO/MEDA Environmental Lobby Day.
